Site Administrator – Athlone
Opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join a National Tier 1 Contractor in Athlone for 12 month commercial project

Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project, providing admin support to the Project Manager and the wider team.
Manage, track and record general site correspondence on the company databases.
Administration of labour, plant, materials and returns.
Assist the Health and Safety team to record and administer health and safety documentation.
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and with the wider project team.
Site Administration with 2 years’ experience
IT Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Construction/Engineering Industry experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Salary negotiable with pension bonus + package
