Alpine Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager – Construction Datacentre Fitout for an established T1 Contractor in Dublin, Ireland. Our client has been to the fore in the construction of various flagship projects throughout Ireland and abroad including sports stadiums, healthcare facilities, airports, motorways, and hi-tec/pharma/datacentres.

Direct and manage fitout project, encompassing planning, budgeting, and leadership. Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, and uphold consistent client communication. Proficiently use project management tools to monitor project timelines and milestones. Ensure regulatory compliance and demonstrate strong leadership skills for successful project delivery.
- Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) effectively. Manage and track project budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Procure subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Supervise subcontractor work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality control processes and inspections. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, offering regular updates. Maintain positive client relationships and manage expectations.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead project teams, providing guidance and support. Resolve challenges and obstacles as they arise.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts and progress reports. Generate and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field and/or Trade qualified
- 5+ years Project Management Fitout experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IT and project management software.
- Problem-solving and financial acumen.
- Strong regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
