Our client is an established national construction company
They are looking to appoint a PM to oversee a 100+ bed nursing home in Ballyboughal North Co Dublin
This project is going to site soon – 18-month project program – 10mins from M1
Ideally you will have worked as PM / Sr SM for main contractor and/or developer
Salary /package negotiable to secure the right candidate
