Alpine Recruitment is seeking a Pricing & Variations Quantity Surveyor for an established T1 Contractor in Ringsend
++ 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanent placement. ++

Job Description  Pricing & Variations Quantity Surveyor:
Oversee project costs, pricing, variation, change management and enhance cost control for project success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial strategy.
• Support SQS including pricing, variation and change management
• Subcontractor selection, negotiation, financial management, and site record-keeping.
• Manage site records and measurements, valuations, and variations.

Requirements

• 4+ years Quantity Surveyor experience on large projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept problem-solving and negotiating capabilities.
