Mechanical Construction Manager- Frankfurt

Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland.  The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M

Role:     
They are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their fast-paced collaborative team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:
Liaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades. Carry out weekly toolbox talks, reports and issue to line manage. Attend white board meetings. Ensure the labour requirements are met and maintained as per project program requirements.  Ensure the quality of the works is maintained at a high level.   Ensure that all variations and delays are notified to CM & PM.  Ensure all materials onsite are as per agreed specifications. Ensure all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition. Ensure all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner by Health and Safety regulations.
