M&E Building Service Co-Ordinator – Kilkenny

Client:

Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor.  Currently looking to hire Building Services Coordinator (with Mechanical bias) for large scale commercial project in Kilkenny due for completion in 2025.

Your role will involve managing the day-to-day progression of MEP services from start on site to practical completion.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the MEP Services Manager and Senior Engineer.

Ensure all submissions follow procedure & codification systems as per document plan.

Liaising with the Project Managers on site.

Project Handover & Demonstrations.

Requirements:  

Relevant Engineering degree/diploma.

3+ years’ experience in Mechanical and /or Electrical with established construction company.

Contribute and adhere to the quality and safety requirements.
