Job Description
Our client is an establsihed construction company who undertake high value construction projects in Ireland
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing company quality standards.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Training and motivating thye quality team to meet quality standards.
- Providing recommendations and solutions to quality issues.
- Assessing materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality
- Managing QMS processes to meet expectations, inspecting products, providing guidance to team members & liaising with project managers.
- Problem solving/decision making, communication/collaboration expertise & technical proficiency in the industry.
- Reduce expenses by preventing defects
- Enhance efficiency
- Process improvement and optimization
5+ years Quality Management experience within the construction industry preferred
This position can be based in Dublin Galway or Limerick
