Job Description
Our client is a National Building Company with a number of large-scale high density residential projects in South Co Dublin just off the M50
They are looking to hire a highly experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee all subcontractors trades on high end apartment projects
There is between 2-4yrs guaranteed work
Must have previous apartment experience this is essential
Excellent salary/package + highly incentivised bonus structure payable twice a year
Typically between 7%-15% performance related
