Contracts Manager Carlow / Mid-Leinster

Alpine currently has an opportunity for an established Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a prominent Building & Civil Engineering Contractor

€20M+ commercial/mixed use project in Carlow with ongoing work in Mid-Leinster

You will have a proven track record in the delivery of similar scale projects with main contractors either in Ireland or UK

Trade or degree qualified reporting to Construction Director

Team includes Site Manager, Site Engineer, QS & Foreman

Strong appreciation of design, scheduling, value engineering, H&S, client facing etc

Six figure salary + package
