Commercial Manager – Frankfurt

Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland. The business has grown from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M

They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Frankfurt.

Requirements:
Knowledge of subcontract/material orders and procurement.

Knowledge of claims and dispute resolution.

Preparation and understanding of financial reports.

Commercial strategy and innovation to maximize profit and cash management.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Contract procurement and risk management.

Maximize cash management and profitability.

Ensure financial close on each project.

Manage dispute resolution.

Implementation of strategic commercial plans.

Work with the Project Delivery Teams to ensure compliance with contractual timescales.

Ensure effective commercial management, including training, mentoring and development of business unit commercial resources and site teams.
