Civil Project/Contracts Manager Dublin

Our client is an international construction company both build & civil

They have a requirement for Civil Project/Contracts Manager to oversee a large-scale infrastructure project Dublin 

The successful candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience

Responsibilities:

Project delivery & commercial management

Supervise the work of staff, operatives, sub-contractors etc

HSQE is adhered to & implemented

Define responsibilities and deliverables to team members.

Client facing

Commercial and contractual compliance

Manage / Co-ordination of temporary and permanent works design

Review construction budgets, forecasts to completion and resource requirements.

Excavation, Underpinning, piling and topdown walls, sheet trenching
Control and Management of water, Construction of basements, intermediate suspended floor, stairwells and lift shafts
Water proofing services and underfloor services and drainage

Requirements:
Degree Engineering / Construction Management

10+ yrs Irish / UK Main Contracting experience

Driving license
