Job Description:

• Assistant Contracts Manager capable individual who supports the Contracts Manager to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Working closely with HSEQ teams you will be leading responsibility for HSEQS Management.
• You will be utilising your effective commercial and technical risk management experience to ensure the successful development, implementation, and monitoring of progress against the Project Plan and the management of project teams.
• Assisting with the effective management of our project delivery teams, effectively managing risk and ensuring consistency with both our client and our expectations as a role model to project staff.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders by communicating effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Degree Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in project / contracts management either leading or as #2.
• Experience managing key construction stakeholder agreements including clients, team members and reporting managers.
• Tier One contracting background preferred.
