| Established construction company are looking to appoint a Junior / Intermediate QS Our client is a prominent & highly respected sub-contractor within the building industry The Role will entail the below activities: 1. Pricing & estimations. 2. Project submissions. 3. Technical Submissions. 4. Site inspections. 5. Project valuations. 6. Cost planning/ cost estimation. 7. Procurement advice. 8. Measurement and quantification. 9. Document preparation - bills of quantities. 10. Cost control during construction - Whole life cycle. 11. Interim valuations and payments. 12. Final account preparation. Candidate Profile: The Candidate should have a third level qualification in a construction course Experience in the roofing sector is preferable but not essential. You will be required to work as part of a team but at times use your own initiative in order to complete tasks and objectives set. You must have excellent Presentation and communication skills be punctual and proactive.
