| Established Consultancy looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyor x 2. Diploma / Degree qualified in quantity surveying/construction economics commercially aware & committed. 5+ experience either PQS or Contracting. Current & upcoming projects include commercial healthcare academic & residential EUR30M+. Day to day duties to include all aspects of precontract & post contract estimating BoQ s cost reporting cost control liaising with clients design teams contractors arbitration conciliation etc mentoring Jr Surveyors & managing your own projects.
