| Tier 1 Construction Company are looking to appoint a Senior Building Estimator. Principally you will be provide leadership guidance and expertise by defining implementing and monitoring department estimating resources guidelines best practices and procedures whilst reporting to the Managing Estimator. Projects can vary in size from $10M to $500M. Diploma / Degree qualified with 10+ yrs estimating experience with an established Irish / UK Building Contractor. Demonstrable experience tendering & winning large scale building and D&B projects. Quantity Surveying / Estimating / Engineering qualification / D&B with good technical know how.
