| Tier 1 Construction Company are looking to appoint a Construction Risk Manager. Principally you will be responsible analysing risks associated with large scale building projects both pre-contract and aduring construction / built. This would include all related costs and schedule impacts & developing mitigation plans. Previous Design & Build experience as well as PPP / Government projects would be advantageous i.e optimum technical and cost delivery. Prepare tender packages for sub trades and suppliers ensuring transfer of relevant contract risk while making recommendations for subcontract awards Cost reporting & forecasting update project budgets & continuous risk reporting. Diploma / Degree qualified with 10+ yrs experience. Irish / UK experience essential on large scale building projects Quantity Surveying / Estimating / Engineering qualification / D&B with good technical know how Communication & ability to lead teams Full relocation married / single status For further information please contact Robert Bridgeman | |
